Do the crayons come in other colors?
All individual crayons are available in any of the eight basic colors: blue, green, red, yellow, purple, orange, black, and brown. Custom orders on sets may also be available. Contact us at info@customcrayons.com.
Once I pay for my order, when can I expect shipment?
Custom Crayons are usually created and shipped within 5-7 business days; shipping times will vary based on location.
Will the crayons I purchase look exactly like what is shown in the picture?
All of our Custom Crayons are handmade; therefore, slight differences may exist.
Do you offer gift packaging?
We provide two types of packaging. All of our products are available packaged as party favors or in a gift box. Party favors are packaged in a clear cellophane bag with ribbon. Gift packaging consists of a white box with crinkle paper. You will have the option to purchase gift packaging for your crayons at checkout.
Do you accept custom orders?

What if I need to return my crayons?
Returns will be accepted within seven (7) days of the delivery date for a full refund of the purchase price. No refunds are offered on party/gift packaging or custom orders. All sales are final on gift/party packaging and custom orders/non-stock items.
Are these crayons safe?
Custom Crayons are created from non-toxic crayons that conform to ASTM D-4236. Custom Crayons are not created in an allergen free environment. As with any products that are utilized by young children, Custom Crayons should be used with adult supervision. Custom Crayons are recommended for children ages 3 and older.
